Working closely with our core head office team, you will plan, develop, implement and/or manage contact and relationship building initiatives with targeted New Business clients in key strategic markets.

MANAGING THE PROCESS
You will work with our office team to accomplish the following:
- Quarterly communication with target clients and on-going networking and relationship building efforts whenever possible.
- Identification of high potential New Business opportunities via comprehensive strategic analysis of potential client needs across the assigned Target List.
- Providing qualified Strategic and Creative insights to ensure preparation of relevant Briefing documents to optimize the Fuel Development process.
- Partnering with the Creative Strategists to ensure the optimal structural design of program tactics and creative concept generation to meet the Clients' stated business goals and objectives.
- Organizing and leading the resultant Sales Presentations along with designated Pitch team members and preparing efficient turnover documentation of all 'sold' program components to Project Management.
DELIVERING THE REVENUE
- Achieving targeted annual revenue delivery against all assigned clients and new business targets.
- Recommending the most appropriate financial arrangements for all assigned client relationships and on approval, working with the Fuel management team to negotiate fair and reasonable service agreements with those clients.
- Seeking out new business opportunities both within assigned accounts (i.e. new projects) and other new client opportunities as identified and directed by Fuel.
SPREADING THE WORD
- Evangelizing the power of interactive marketing campaigns by working with Fuel's senior team to ensure that all targeted clients are fully aware of the key ROI benefits of Fuel's digital marketing services and the rapidly evolving opportunities for effective on-line branded entertainment strategies
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Must have 5-7 years of proven track record of sales/business development success
- Have extensive agency / studio experience, to be able to enter our market place with contacts in place
- Should be assertive, high energy, independent, self-motivated, results oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including formal presentations before both small and large groups
- Travel within North America is required.
